Hey Rev. How do we know Christianity is the right religion? Is there any proof?

The “proof” that any religion is the right one must result in a personal relationship with God. Not just a “belief”, but one that brings you into the experience of knowing God as your Father. Some religions such as Islam don’t believe you can call God your Father. Christianity offers this relationship with God as proof of His personal love. Christianity also differs from all other religions because it deals with what separates us from God. We are separated from God by our sins and in order to have a relationship with a Holy God, we must have our sins forgiven. Christianity deals with the issue of sin through the death of Christ on the cross and the forgiveness that only He can give. Other religions are “works” based which means you must earn your way to heaven by being a good person. In Christianity, God’s salvation is a gift, bought and paid for by Jesus Christ.
